林娜的夜市餐饮记录

周末,林娜和朋友参与了一个夜市餐饮体验活动。她原来以为“小份”在每个摊位都差不多,到了现场才发现,有的摊位一份够两个人分,有的只适合一个人尝味道。
为了避免点得过多,他们先合吃一份,再决定要不要增加。这样不但减少了浪费,也有机会比较不同摊位采用的做法。林娜觉得其中一家汤摊的香味格外明显,服务也相当耐心。
回家后,她没有写“这里的夜市都很好吃”,而是写清楚自己去了哪几个摊位、吃了什么、份量如何、服务怎样。她认为,餐饮评价越具体,越能给别人提供参考。

菜单为什么要写清楚配料

有些小店开始在菜单上写主要配料和辣度,这样做有什么实际作用?
店主
最直接的作用是帮助顾客判断自己能不能吃。尤其对有过敏或其他饮食限制的人来说,这些信息极其重要。
采访者
如果一家店写着“本地特色”,是不是就说明它一定更值得推荐?
店主
不一定。“本地”只是一个背景信息。味道、份量、服务和个人需要都可能影响判断。看到排队的人很多,只能说它似乎受欢迎,不能直接证明每个人都会喜欢。
采访者
那一条有用的餐饮评价应该怎么表达?
店主
最好把事实和感受都写出来。比如你点了什么、等了多久、份量多大,这是别人能参考的信息;“我觉得偏咸”则是你的个人感受。
