About hskone
hskone turns the HSK 3.0 framework into structured courses, practice tools and exam preparation. It is not affiliated with the HSK test publisher.
Who is responsible for the site
Kevin is the founder and editor of hskone. He is a teacher and Chinese learner studying at approximately HSK 5 level while preparing for HSK 6.
hskone was created to connect syllabus goals with lessons, focused practice, review and exam preparation rather than leaving learners with disconnected word lists and questions.
What the site currently provides
HSK 1, HSK 2 and HSK 3 each have complete learner-facing Course, Exercises, Listening, Reading and Mock Test paths. HSK 3 also includes Productive Writing. Vocabulary, Characters, Grammar, Flashcards and Character Writing extend across the wider HSK 3.0 reference data.
How content is developed
Course scope is mapped to the stored HSK 3.0 syllabus. Lessons combine communication goals, vocabulary, grammar, pinyin and English support, dialogue, audio, guided practice and output. Focused practice and mock tests use their own material so learners must apply what they learned to new language.
News and exam-information articles use primary sources such as ChineseTest.cn where applicable. hskone explains the facts in its own words rather than reproducing official articles.
Quality and corrections
Published content continues to receive human review, user feedback and corrections. When a language, answer, audio or difficulty problem is confirmed, the affected learning material should be corrected rather than hidden behind an engineering status label.
What hskone does not provide
hskone does not register candidates, operate official test centres, issue certificates, provide official scores or describe its own practice questions as official HSK examination content.
